These special conditions apply to new online 5+1 and 3+1 packages. They clarify section 14 of the Terms and Conditions and replace the usual one-time change or cancellation process for appointments from these packages. They do not change previously purchased services or gift vouchers.
A 5+1 package includes 6 visits in total and a 3+1 package includes 4 visits in total, always including the first booked massage. At purchase, choose your first massage and appointment and pay the full displayed package price online by card. The package activates only after successful payment has been verified.
Every visit must match a massage and duration listed for your selected package. Hot Stone and Thai Herbal Ball are included in the 60-minute 7. Great Value package and the 90-minute Unbeatable package. All other packages retain their listed massage selection. 5+1 packages exclude hotel, couples and Deluxe massages and the new hot-stone combinations. Each 3+1 package covers the specific massage and duration listed in its offer. Packages cannot be used as gift vouchers or combined with another discount or an oil add-on in this booking flow.
Validity is one calendar year from the originally booked date and time of the first confirmed massage. Your confirmation states the exact expiry date and time. All visits must take place within this period. Rescheduling a visit does not extend validity.
After verified payment, we will email you a personal link to choose your remaining visits, eligible massages and appointments. The salon receives a copy of the confirmation. Keep the link private; a further visit does not require another package payment.
If you cannot attend, reschedule the same booking to another available appointment within the package validity period. A package appointment cannot be cancelled through self-service to return a visit to the balance; the visit remains assigned to the same booking. Please discuss any monetary refund request separately with the salon at info@essencethaispamassage.cz. The system does not automatically refund payments. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective services and any applicable right to withdraw from the contract.
