Online Booking: We offer the convenience of online booking through our website or mobile app. When booking online, please ensure that all the information provided is accurate.

2. Cancellation and Changes:

Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fail to show up, a cancellation fee of the full amount may apply.

3. Arrival Time:

We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed and stress-free experience.

4. Health Considerations:

Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before your treatment begins.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. Consult with your healthcare provider if you are uncertain.

5. Hygiene and Cleanliness:

We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Please shower before your appointment, and kindly refrain from wearing heavy fragrances.

6. Therapist Requests:

While we will do our best to accommodate requests for specific therapists, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist for your appointment.

7. Payment:

Payment for services can be made in person at our spa, by card at the spot, or online. We accept major credit cards and cash.

8. Happy Hours:

We provide reduced prices exclusively for online bookings between 10 am and 2 pm, starting on Monday and ending on Friday. This means that the massage must finish at 2 pm. Discount is already applied for the whole section: ***Happy Hours - discounted offer - 10:00 - 14:00***. A coupon is no more needed.

9. Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are available for purchase online or directly at the salon. A golden envelope for the voucher is included.

10. Unlock Free Massage:

Once you book your first massage, we will send you a coupon code to your email address provided at checkout. The coupon allows you to book 6 massages. Once you have a coupon code you can redeem it in the booking system under the button “Redeem Coupon“.

11. Buy 3 GET 4th massage for free:

This discounted offer applies only to the following 60-minute massages: Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Oil Massage, Hot Oil Massage, Anti-Aging Relaxing Facial Massage and Back & Neck Massage.

After booking your first massage, we will send you a coupon by email, valid for three additional massages, giving you a total of four massages at a discounted price. The coupon never expires. Please ensure your reservation is made with the correct contact information.

12. Booking Cancellation:

To secure a booking, it is mandatory to provide your full name and a correct contact number, including the country code. This information is necessary for confirming your appointment and communicating any updates or changes from our site.

Please ensure the information provided is accurate. Failure to provide a valid contact number may result in the cancellation of your booking without prior notice.

13. Data Privacy:

We take your privacy seriously and adhere to strict data protection practices. When you book an appointment with us, we collect and store your personal information securely.

Data Retention: We retain your booking information for a reasonable period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes managing your appointments, improving our services, and complying with legal obligations.

We will process your request promptly, and upon confirmation, all your data will be securely deleted from our systems.
